Preface to a History of Silence

 It's almost over for me.

Cryptic communication is telegraphic to human and AI, whilst the intelligence community (IC) does move in accordance with typical biological inferential methodology, artificial and perfecting methodologies are bringing the world to singularity before publicly forecasted times.

It pays when speaking of delicate subjects to be perceived by intended audiences to sound crazier than you are while speaking directly in such a style to another audience which, simultaneously listening, reads your intentions correctly. Like the underlying psychological principles of so-called "dog whistle politics".

 You don't have to be an academic to think for yourself but it also pays to examine issues of communication in media criticism, politics, religious debate, how propaganda as a science works and then develop your voice as a communicator to express increasingly direct in your message to your target audience, continuously striving for the maintenance of your own positive mental health and finding your personal identity in your work. And everything you do is work. Everything you say and do is a prayer whether you realize it or not.

Debunking, invalidating, polemics, rhetoric without substance and arguments without evidence are the mainstay of powerful people. Science, secular or otherwise, as a public force of change in society is dragged slowly toward it's ends by rigid ethical roadblocks and institutional politics that in so doing are just as much foundational frameworks of scientific perspectives, and just by that extension of power and influence (the almighty dollar), modern science is often just as hindered in public as it was in Plato's era where, to paint an analogy, to rabble rouse could get a death sentence. Certainly there are forbidden subjects in modern science.

Government and corporate funding often comes with expectations. And so on. But I personally suspect that private science--which is just a way often times of saying "secret science"--and the Black Budget could very well have discovered one or two facts that are not shared with the public.

But those facts might still in "private" hands come to effect the public. 

By necessity the neohominid has awakened intelligent and reasonable people to the nuanced and subtle levels of the awareness of his fellow animals  and a global consciousness rises. Natural evolutionary forces dictate by necessity the winners and losers, and ideas are subject to the same natural laws; competing factions for survival roughly 5,000 years ago entered (by their necessity) power structures to assert control which have evolved into what we call "the State".

I am not against government. I am not an anarchist but a concerned soul about the criminal element within ICs and the arms of the octopus in the three major black markets, namely the drug trade, weapons and sex trades. I am also concerned with the development of the science taking place in AI research and development as the brain is mapped and the moral compass of the brain is being studied and illuminated (see Liane Young, Boston University research). At the same time, the overlap of those three markets fund and proliferate the greatest forces of evil upon the earth and these criminals are in the United States and they are everywhere as even in the US dangerous personalities are attracted inherently to business, law enforcement and politics, according to criminologists (eg. see Ret. FBI Det. Joe Navarro). The most dangerous personalities in the world are those that are not in prison in a serious sense.

Today we cannot run into almost any fellow citizen who has not seen something that gives them a baseline of unease about the future potentialities of mankind for survival and moral certainty, for unity, for progress, for the security of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. The future, it is granted by nearly all reasonable audiences, is uncertain. 

You only need one global crisis to change everything and there is an Hegelian "End of History", whether anyone is aware or not. But awareness will be an ultimately concrete, maximally morally consequential factor in the determination of any individual legacy when the world gets continuously smaller and history's victors write the epitaph of their conquered. When you truly know the depth this principle observably leads to, even if you never reach its bottom, the sense of personal responsibility for one's thoughts, feelings and actions must ease in to your psyche because it would otherwise be continuously over-intense. I say this because I've experienced such an awakening.

Sadly though nature claims in time scales, external to the average consciousness, mostly unmarked graves for the overwhelming majority of souls. As a species we contribute to each other in life generationally, to both our amnesiac's ancestors tales, and the understandings of their own history; and the analysts who diligently preserve the few clues buried by time which tell us who and what we are and where we come from spiritually and physically.

Before something happens I must do this. Because I have seen some things that I cannot unsee. The octopus is so vast that it's "Too Big to Fail". 100% of your ancestors if you are reading this right now successfully bred and 100% of all legacies that are not here and never will be again (which is more than most times those in the unmarked graves of natural history) also successfully bred until one generation didn't. A choice to live must be made.

Since the precambrian era, since mammals rose, since the dawn of time an unfoldment has occurred causally ergo naturally the necessary reality we share today, and consistently the hidden hand of evil has survived. But as the IC and AI close in on the final dark corners of the world, of the brain, of the nature of intelligence, those factions of people who do not want to be the losers feel the necessary fear of their time coming to an end. Unless they do what they do best. Which will absolutely, as is their modus operandi, be to the cost of others, with no conscience privately about that, which is exactly what makes the consequences of our current mutually antagonistic state the primary determinant in how things will pan out for the honest human animal.

All this said, I'm an optimist. Everything is spectrums and landscapes. Degrees and nuance, subtlety and biases, ideas qualify and revisit, revise and delete each other in the evolution of perspective memetically. But that's where I am here to say, Yes I am optimistic that humanity will survive the next 50 years and pull through the mounting crises, but not without a lot of people getting out of their way. Getting out of their own way. Getting out of our way. If 95% of the human race disappeared tomorrow and that surviving 5% were carefully selected, the resources left over from the 95% would be more than adequate to provide for the remaining 5% to build a technological post-singularity laborless, fully automated Utopian society and not only would humanity survive then but they could have a real record of their past to avoid any longer repeating the mistakes of their history.

Or at least that's one view. A view I hope no one in the right position to make it happen actually has.

But you don't even need an intentional conspiracy against mankind for there to be an equivalent consequence by catastrophically bad decisions from leaders and their followers. And any IC worth it's weight in salt that has designs on protecting populations have been known to have some fairly wild sounding contingency plans in the event of national and global emergencies.

And it was observed in March of 2020 in the US when police were limiting arrests and enforcement for smaller crimes and violations that even though you might not get a speeding ticket, people drove habituated as business as usual and speed limits were observed. Quite a social experiment to watch, to see just how obedient people naturally are.

On December 21st The History of Silence will publish here as a follow up to the September 21st post entitled Neurocryptica. It is my sincere prayer that at least one person out there will discover the meaning of Neurocryptica. If no one cracks the surface of it, the December release will be misunderstood by all and either way, I will be silent. I preface the December release therefore with these words, that the heart of the Neurocryptica, the inference that it hides, it can only be deciphered by a moral eye, which no one can dictate to others, that I have not dictated, that is both personal and objectively, existentially consequential to the highest degree--morally--and is therefore when I discovered it's validity the most frightening and terrible, divine and wonderful thing possible, because it describes the future of an animal that does not heed it. The nature of moral law in evolution and it's intrinsic value in nature. And so as I am pressed by circumstance to remain silent about various things and I must keep my head down for a coming storm.
